Shotgun and drugs in the travel pack

"I pack my suitcase and pack: drugs and a gas pistol." This is exactly how a 29-year-old must have played the well-known mind game yesterday. Plainclothes officers of the federal police checked the train passenger on a regional express at wurzburg’s main train station. In his travel bag, the officers stumbled upon a firearm. The man was not in possession of the required weapons license and therefore had to take an involuntary break from his journey in wurzburg. At the federal police station, the federal police officers then got to the bottom of things again. The man from the upper palatinate carried a whole "drug kit" with itself. In addition to a water pipe typical of the scene and other "aids" the officers got hold of small quantities of marijuana, hashish and heroin for drug consumption.

According to his own statements, the man had just bought the narcotics at frankfurt’s main train station.
The man from the upper palatinate is now facing criminal proceedings for violating the weapons and narcotics laws.
